Frequently asked questions
Which businesses can use electronic shelf labels?
Retailers that manage product and price information at the shelf can consider ESL. Warehouses and manufacturing operations may instead select PTL labels for their workflows.
Can it work with our existing pricing system?
Integration depends on the software, version and data-transfer options in use. Product mapping and update workflows are assessed at the beginning of the project.
Are different labels needed for cold areas?
Operating temperature is part of model selection. The 2.13 and 2.66-inch low-temperature labels are listed for −25 °C to 10 °C.
Why are prices not listed?
Quotations depend on product selection, quantities, mounting, software and project scope. You can prepare an enquiry with the products and requirements you have in mind.
Do all products have the same battery life?
No. Manufacturer battery-life claims vary by product. They are not warranty periods; update frequency and operating conditions must also be considered.
